Valentino Armillei, Associate, is a member of the Employment Law team.
He advises French and international clients on various individual and collective employment law topics, and more specifically on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and collective redundancies.
Admitted to the Paris bar (2022), he holds a PhD in private law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (2019) and Lecturer at the University of Montpellier 3 (2024). His PhD thesis is entitled “The extra-union negotiation of company collective agreements” (University Thesis Prize and UIMM Thesis Prize). He is also a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 - Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail, 2015) and regularly contributes to numerous specialized legal journals (JCP S, BJT, SSL, Droit social, etc.).
