Aude Pianet, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
She advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities law and handles both domestic and cross-border transactions involving investment funds, privately or publicly held companies.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Aude was at Linklaters LLP for around three years.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2021), Aude is a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master’s degree - MBA business law and management, 2017) and the Universities of Lyon III and Essex (Double degree and LL.B. in French and English Laws, 2017).
