Chaya Ghavami, Associate, is a member of the International Arbitration team.
His practice covers commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. He advises companies clients in relation to commercial arbitration and investment arbitration matter and acts as counsel in large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under the auspices of various arbitral institutions and rules (including ICC, LCIA, PCA, ICSID, UNCITRAL and AAA/ICDR).
He is also involved in arbitration-related court proceedings such as annulment proceedings before French courts. He represents companies and states in the energy, construction, telecommunications and foreign investment sectors in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
He has given Civil Procedure Law, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution seminars at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
