Pauline Joly, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
Her practice focuses primarily on corporate governance matters, and particularly on CSR issues, for both listed and unlisted companies.
She also advises corporate clients on matters relating to M&A transactions and securities law.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Pauline worked at asset management companies, focusing on sustainable investment issues. She also assisted the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (Paris Financial Market Law Committee) for three years.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2024), Pauline is a graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine-PSL (Doctorate in Private Law, Financial Law; Master’s degree in Business Law, 2017).
