Bredin Prat advises Tethys Invest on its acquisition of a minority stake in French fashion brand Sézane

Bredin Prat is advising L’Oréal founding family’s fund, Téthys Invest, on its acquisition of a minority stake in Sézane, the sustainable French fashion brand created in 2013, alongside notably Sézane’s founder Morgane Sézalory, as well as private equity firm General Atlantic.
