Caroline Bellot, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
She advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities law and handles both domestic and cross-border transactions involving privately or publicly held companies.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Caroline practiced at Cabinet Bompoint for four and a half years.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2019), Caroline is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School (Business Law & Management Course, LLM Business Law & Management, 2017), the Catholic University of Lille (Business Law and Management, 2017) and the Paris 1 University Pantheon Sorbonne (University Diploma in Insolvency Law), 2023).
