Bredin Prat advises Eurazeo and Sagard NewGen as the two investment firms enter into exclusive negotiations to welcome Oakley Capital as a new reference shareholder of I-Tracing

Bredin Prat is assisting Eurazeo and Sagard NewGen as the two investment firms enter into exclusive negotiations with a view to welcoming Oakley Capital as a new reference shareholder of I-Tracing, the French leading independent cybersecurity services pure-player. Eurazeo has been supporting I-Tracing as anchor investor since 2021 and will continue to support the group within a co-control framework of governance with Oakley Capital.

Under the terms of the transaction, I-Tracing would be valued at more than €500 million.

The transaction would remain subject to obtaining customary regulatory approvals as regards merger control and FDI supervision.
