Bredin Prat advises the LVMH group in connection with the acquisition of Paris Match

Bredin Prat is advising the luxury goods group LVMH in connection with its acquisition of the weekly magazine Paris Match from the Lagardère group in a transaction that was completed on Tuesday 1 October.

Paris Match, as part of the LVMH group, will benefit from a strong platform from which to innovate and continue to develop and diversify, both in print and digitally.
