Léo Labeille, Associate, is a member of the Tax team.
He advises companies on the tax aspects of national and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring and real-estate operations), as well as in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.
He also advises private clients on their personal tax situations.
He is teaching at the Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University.
