Bredin Prat advises the Castel Group in connection with the acquisition of Diageo’s business in Ghana

Bredin Prat is advising the Castel Group, a key player in the beer and soft drinks sector in Africa, in connection with its plan to acquire Diageo’s business in Ghana.

The proposed transaction reinforces Castel Group’s position as a major player in the beverages sector across the continent of Africa.

Completion of the transaction is expected in the course of 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
