Organised by the magazine Energie-Environnement-Infrastructures to mark its tenth anniversary

Guillaume Léonard took part in the conference organised by the magazine Energie-Environnement-Infrastructures to mark its tenth anniversary, alongside Corinne Lepage, Philippe Delebecque, François Guy Trébulle, Christian Huglo, Philippe Billet, Christine Le Bihan-Graf, Laure Rosenblieh and Patrick Thieffry. Arnaud Gossement was moderator, and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne hosted the event.

His talk focused on the legal issues of implementing the sometimes-conflicting objectives of combating climate change and protecting biodiversity, especially with respect to infrastructure development in the energy and transport sectors, as well as the application of rules relating to protected species. The purpose of his presentation was to report on the ongoing work of the Environmental Committee of the legal think-tank Club des Juristes concerning infrastructure and the ecological transition.
