Matthias Aydin, Associate, is a member of the Financial Services and Insurance Regulation team.
He advises French and international companies on all types of issues in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors, such as licensing requirements, internal governance, prudential requirements, remuneration, and resolution matters.
He is particularly involved in the regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including structuring and regulatory approvals.
Matthias has also developed expertise in the field of FinTech and crypto-assets.
