Dylan Afresne, Associate, is a member of the International Arbitration team.
His practice covers commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. He acts as counsel in a variety of large-scale arbitration proceedings under the auspices of various arbitral institutions and rules (including CCI, LCIA, PCA, ICSID, UNCITRAL and DIAC).
He is also involved in arbitration-related court proceedings such as annulment proceedings before French courts. He represents companies and states in the energy, construction, telecommunications and foreign investment sectors in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
