Agathe Fortin, Associate, is a member of the International Arbitration team.
Her practice covers commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. She acts as counsel in a variety of large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under the auspices of various arbitral institutions and rules (including ICC, LCIA, PCA, ICSID, UNCITRAL).
She is also involved in arbitration-related court proceedings such as annulment proceedings. She represents companies and States in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, construction and mining, in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
