Audrey Demourgues, Associate, is a member of the Employment Law team.
She advises French and international companies in managing all aspects of their employment relationships, both individual and collective.
She is particularly involved in matters relating to reorganizations, collective redundancies, employee representation, as well as all stages of the employment relationship, from hiring to contract termination.
Her expertise also includes supporting companies in handling sensitive situations, notably in connection with the departures of senior executives and corporate officers, as well as employment law aspects of M&A transactions and insolvency proceedings.
