Bénédicte Erbin, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
She advises companies on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, and notably handles cross-border transactions involving both privately and publicly held companies.
She also advises companies on their securities law and corporate governance issues.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2023), Bénédicte is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M. Corporate & Securities Law, 2021), the University Paris 2 Panthéon Assas (Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law, 2019) and the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law - D.J.C.E., 2018).
