Bérangère de Conihout, Associate*, is a member of the Tax team.
She advises clients on the tax aspects of national and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity and corporate restructurings), as well as in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.
Before joining Bredin Prat, Bérangère worked as an investment banking analyst (mergers & acquisitions, capital markets).
Bérangère is a graduate of HEC Paris (Master in Management, Grande Ecole Program, 2019) and Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in Tax Law, 2021).
