Céline Weng

  She advises on commercial law and corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions.
- Professional career
  Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Céline practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP for two years. She is also a lecturer at the Paris Panthéon-Assas University since 2022.
- Academic career
  Admitted to the Paris Bar (2023), Céline is a graduate of the Paris Panthéon-Assas University (Master’s degree in Banking and financial law, 2019 and Master’s degree in Business Law, 2018) and the Peking University (Master’s degree in Chinese civil and commercial laws, 2024).
