Emma Bernard, Associate, is a member of the Tax team.
She advises clients on the tax aspects of national and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity, corporate restructurings and real estate transactions), as well as in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.
She also advises private clients on their personal tax situations.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Emma practiced for three years in the Tax department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2022), Emma is a graduate of the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University (Master’s degree in Business Law and Tax, 2018) and of the Queen Mary University of London (International Tax Law LLM, 2020).
