Guilhaume Agbodjan, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions involving both privately and publicly held companies, as well as securities law and corporate governance issues, including CSR-related matters.
He is involved in ‘think-tank’ working groups on these issues and was rapporteur for the working group set up by the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (the Paris financial market law committee) to analyse the risk of civil liability claims and stock market sanctions in connection with CSRD.
He participates in the annual drafting of the “Financial Communication Framework and Practices Guide”.
