Julien Dhermand, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
His practice primarily includes private equity and private mergers and acquisitions.
His experience includes both domestic and cross-border transactions in various industries (notably healthcare, business services or consumer & retail).
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Julien practiced at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP.
He was also a lecturer at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2021), Julien is a graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s degree in Business Law, 2017 and Master’s degree in Financial Law, 2019).
