Laurine Gynouves, Associate, is a member of Public Law team.
She advises both public and private entities on transport, building or energy infrastructure projects, in the context of structuring and development, financing or merger-acquisition operations, as well as for the purposes of asset management and dispute resolution.
She provides advice and litigation in regulatory and contractual matters, in conjunction with the firm's corporate and financing teams.
Her practice also includes addressing problems encountered by companies operating in regulated sectors. She advises clients both on transactional and on litigation matters.
