Marcela Junqueira Cesar Pirola, Associate, is a member of the Competition and EU Law team.
She assists French and international companies before French and European courts and competition authorities, in case covering all aspects of competition laws (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, State aid).
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Marcela was an associate at the Brussels’ office of Baker McKenzie. Prior to that, Marcela was an associate for more than 6 years at renowned law firms in São Paulo, Brazil.
Admitted to the Brussels (2022), Portuguese (2022) and Brazilian (2015) Bar Associations, Marcela is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M., 2022), of the London School of Economics and Political Science (2018) and of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (Bachelor of Laws, 2014)
