Marie-Cécile Rameau, Partner, is a member of the Competition team.
She has been involved in a large number of high-profile litigations before competition authorities at the national and EU levels, as well as before commercial courts.
Her practice also includes advising on competition issues arising in connection with French and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2001), Marie-Cécile is a graduate of IEP de Paris (Sciences Po), the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in business law) and the University of Paris 5 Descartes (DESS in European business law).
