Paul Blin, Associate, is a member of the Competition and EU Law team.
He assists French and international companies before French and European courts and competition authorities, in case covering all aspects of competition laws (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, State aid).
Before joining Bredin Prat, Paul was an associate in French and US law firms, where he was active in all aspects of competition law (merger control and foreign direct investment, anti-competitive practices, State aid) as well as commercial law.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2019), Paul is a graduate of the King’s College University (LLM Competition Law – Merits, 2018), of Paris Dauphine University (Master’s degree Market Law and Regulation, 2016) and of Panthéon-Assas University (Master’s degree in law, 2015).
