Paul Perney, Associate, is a member of the Financial Services and Insurance Regulation team.
He is particularly involved in mergers and acquisitions and regularly advises French and international companies on all areas of financial services regulation. He assists banks, insurance companies and portfolio management companies in connection with their regulatory framework and relevant procedures with the regulatory authorities.
