Pierre-Marie Roch, Associate, is a member of the Tax team.
He mainly assists companies and private clients in connection with their tax audits and tax litigations. He brings a particular focus on issues linked to the protection for fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed by the French Constitution, European law and EU law.
Pierre-Marie served as a law clerk at the French Supreme Administrative Court (Conseil d’État) (2012-2013).
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2015), Pierre-Marie is a graduate of Queen Mary University of London (LL.M., European Law, 2020), the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s degree in Fundamental Public Law, 2011) and Sciences Po Grenoble (Master of Public Career, 2009).
