Sarah Gicquel, Associate, is part of the firm’s Digital Law and Intellectual Property team.
She has extensive expertise in transactional and litigation matters in all areas of intellectual property, as well as in information technology.
In particular, she advises her clients on complex technological transactions and the protection and defense of their intellectual property assets.
She works on transactional matters (structuring innovative projects and strategic tech partnerships, drafting and negotiating contracts, mergers and acquisitions involving intellectual property issues), as well as on contentious matters (patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights litigation, unfair competition and parasitism litigation, internet law litigation, mediation).
