Thierry Nkiliyehe, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
He advises companies on wide array of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, share capital increases, private placements, block trades and bond issues, on French and international markets.
He also advises listed companies on securities law matters.
Prior to join Bredin Prat, Thierry practiced almost three years at White & Case followed by two and half years at Jones Day.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2019), Thierry is a graduate of ESSEC Business School (Master’s degree specialized in International Business Law and Management, 2016) and the Paris-Sud University (Master’s degree in Financial Law, 2014).
