Timothée Guichoux, Associate, is a member of the firm’s Digital Law and Intellectual Property team.
He advises his clients on issues relating to e-commerce, intellectual property, personal data protection, cybersecurity and platform regulation. In particular, he supports clients in structuring innovative projects and overseeing complex data processing operations, including in regulated sectors.
He works on advisory and transactional matters (contract drafting and negotiation, data protection compliance, M&A transactions involving intellectual property issues), as well as on litigation matters (contract litigation, liability of online platforms, intellectual property litigation).
