Vianney Guillet de Chatellus, Associate, is a member of the Corporate team.
He advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities law.
His experience includes both domestic and cross-border transactions in various industries (notably infrastructures, utilities and financial services).
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Vianney practiced at Linklaters for more than three years.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2019), Vianney is a graduate of the University of Goethe, Frankfurt (LL.M. Finance, 2017) and of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation, 2015).
