Yves Rutschmann, Partner, is a member of the Tax team.
Highly experienced and regarded for his skills in tax audits and tax litigation, he assists French and foreign clients in relation to high-stakes tax controversies, from initial discussions and/or negotiations with the French Tax Authorities in the context of tax audits or advising in relation to dawn raids, to defending cases before the courts or advising on questions of constitutionality before the Constitutional Council, as well as defending clients in criminal proceedings involving tax fraud.
Yves Rutschmann is recognized as being particularly skillful in negotiations with the tax authorities, whether the matter at hand relates to a corporate transaction or to one of the various stages of litigation procedures.
Yves Rutschmann has written numerous articles on tax issues and tax consolidation and also gives lectures in tax law at the French business school HEC.
