Raëd Fathallah spoke on both days of this event, during which there will be a training session on the conduct of proceedings and case management under the rules of the International Court of Arbitration, as well as a conference on the theme of emerging arbitration hubs in North Africa and the opportunities to be identified, for practitioners in the region.
