Bredin Prat advises Blackstone in connection with its investment in Lazeo

Bredin Prat is advising the funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities (“Blackstone”) in connection with their investment in Lazeo, the leading provider of non-invasive aesthetic medicine services in France.

Lazeo, which was founded in 2010, is a family business which has grown rapidly in the past three years. In 2023, Lazeo entered the German market through the acquisition of Cleanskin.
The transaction is subject to clearance from the regulatory authorities and the other usual pre-completion conditions.
