Bredin Prat advises CGI as it enters into exclusive negotiations with Apside for the acquisition of Apside Advance

Bredin Prat is advising CGI, the Canadian IT and business consulting services group, as it enters into exclusive negotiations with Apside, a leading digital and engineering services firm in France, with a view to acquiring 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Apside Advance, the Apside Group’s holding company.

Completion of the transaction is expected to take place in June 2025, subject to obtaining the required customary regulatory approvals.
