Bredin Prat is advising Eurazeo, a reference shareholder of I-TRACING, which it controls jointly with Oakley Capital, in connection with a strategic partnership between I-TRACING, a leading French managed cybersecurity services pure-player (MSSP), and Bridewell, the UK cybersecurity services firm specialising notably in critical national infrastructure organisations in the UK.

The transaction would create the leading pure-player cybersecurity services group in Europe. I-TRACING aims to accelerate its growth and continue to expand further internationally, leveraging the sector expertise and financing capabilities of investors Oakley Capital, Eurazeo and Sagard.

The transaction would be subject to customary regulatory approvals.
