Bredin Prat advises Eurazeo in connection with Blackstone’s €400 million investment in Groupe Premium

Bredin Prat is advising Eurazeo in connection with the signing of an agreement for the funds managed by Blackstone to contribute financing of €400 million in equity and quasi-equity to Groupe Premium, bringing the company’s value to €1.15 billion.

Groupe Premium, founded in 2000, is a leading asset manager in France, where it brokers life insurance and savings and retirement plans. This investment will give it the additional flexibility and resources it needs to support future growth.

The transaction is awaiting approval by the Groupe’s supervisory authorities.
