Bredin Prat advises Five Arrows investment funds on a secondary LBO leading to Five Arrows’ exit from CBA Informatique Libérale

Bredin Prat is advising Five Arrows investment funds in connection with a secondary LBO resulting in Five Arrows’ exit from the capital of CBA Informatique Libérale, the leading provider of SaaS/hardware solutions for private practice healthcare professionals in France covering their administrative, patient management and billing functions. The Five Arrows investment funds originally acquired their stake in the capital of CBA Informatique Libérale in 2018.

The founding family retains a majority stake in the company.

Vivalto Partners and Amundi are acquiring an approximately 40% stake in the capital of CBA Informatique Libérale.
