Bredin Prat advises Fnac Darty in connection with the offer to buy back its outstanding OCEANEs and the renegotiation of its RCF and Delayed Draw Term Loan (DDTL) credit lines

Bredin Prat is advising Fnac Darty in connection with the offer to buy back its outstanding OCEANEs (bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares) due March 2027 for a target amount of approximately €190 million, as well as in connection with the renegotiation of its RCF and DDTL credit lines, totalling €600 million.

The renegotiation of these credit lines included extending their maturity to March 2030, with the addition of two one-year extension options, to March 2031 and March 2032, and the amendment of certain of their terms and conditions, notably to reflect the Group’s new profile following the acquisition of Unieuro.
