Bredin Prat advises Groupe ADP in connection with the sale of its subsidiary ADP Ingénierie to Artelia

Bredin Prat is advising Groupe ADP in connection with the sale of 100% of the share capital of ADP Ingénierie – a subsidiary of ADP International that designs and develops airport platforms and large infrastructure projects around the world – to Artelia, a French engineering group with design, engineering, project management and consulting activities.
