Bredin Prat advises RATP Group and SNCF Group in connection with finalization of the acquisition by Latour Capital and Fimalac of a stake in Systra

Bredin Prat is advising RATP Group and SNCF Group in connection with finalization of the acquisition by Latour Capital, a French private equity management firm, and Fimalac, a French diversified investment group, operating mainly in the financial, media and tech sectors, of a 58% stake in Systra, a global engineering and consulting group specialized in public transport and mobility solutions.

Legacy shareholders RATP Group and SNCF Group will each retain a 20% stake in Systra.

This transaction is aimed at supporting the growth and international development strategy of Systra, by strengthening its position as a global champion in sustainable mobility.
