Bredin Prat advises Saint-Gobain in connection with exclusive negotiations with a view to the sale of PAM Building to Aldebaran

Bredin Prat is advising Saint-Gobain as it enters into exclusive negotiations for the sale of PAM Building, a subsidiary specialised in the production of wastewater and rainwater drainage solutions for buildings, to Aldebaran, a French investment fund dedicated to the transformation of SMEs, and with co-investment from the state-owned public investment bank Bpifrance.

The transaction remains subject to the usual conditions for this type of transaction and is expected to be finalised by the end of 2024.
