Bredin Prat advises Seven2 in connection with the financing of its acquisition of Infraneo

Bredin Prat is advising Seven2, formerly Apax Partners, in connection with the financing of its acquisition of Infraneo, a specialist in infrastructure asset management, owned by Sparring Capital.

Infraneo, formerly known as GSRI, is a specialist in ground and structural engineering, operating in France, Germany, Belgium and Spain. In only a few years, Infraneo has become a major player in infrastructure asset management for public and private entities. Its ambition is to become a European leader in infrastructure asset management through digital transformation and an ambitious build-up strategy.
