Bredin Prat advises the French events organiser and catering specialist Potel et Chabot in connection with the acquisition of luxury caterer Dalloyau

Pursuant to a decision of the Paris Commercial Court issued on Tuesday 29 October, Potel et Chabot (Accor Group), the French events organiser and catering specialist, was selected from among other potential buyers to purchase the business of Maison Dalloyau, France’s oldest luxury caterer, and which was subject to insolvency proceedings.

By acquiring Dalloyau, the Potel et Chabot Group, which includes the Potel et Chabot and Saint Clair brands, intends to strengthen its position on the market for luxury catering and exclusive gastronomic events organisation by benefiting from Maison Dalloyau’s renowned and time-honoured expertise.

All of Maison Dalloyau’s employees and apprentices have been transferred and will be integrated into the Potel et Chabot Group, along with the assets, supported by a solid strategic investment plan.
