Bredin Prat is advising global credit fund Viola Credit, acting as lender alongside Citi, in connection with a €167 million securitisation fund put in place for Defacto.

Viola Credit is acting as mezzanine lender, and Citi as senior lender, of the securitisation fund totalling up to €167 million put in place for Defacto, a French fintech which provides loans to SMEs through its lending solution via API. This new facility will be used by Defacto to continue its exponential growth and boost its yearly funding capacity to €1 billion.
