Jean-Daniel Bretzner spoke at the annual colloquium organised by the Master 2 Contrat, Biens, Responsabilité programme of the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the theme of which this year is “Due Diligence Act put to the test in terms of contracts, property and liability” .

Other speakers include Professors Thierry Revet, François Guy Trébulle and Jean-Baptiste Barbièri, as well as Thomas Rouhette and Jean-Nicolas Clément.
