Nicolas Laurent, associé, codirige l’équipe de Bredin Prat spécialisée dans la prévention et le traitement des difficultés des entreprises.
Il intervient aussi bien dans le cadre de procédures amiables de restructurations financières que de procédures collectives aux côtés du débiteur ou de repreneurs.
Il est membre de l'Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE) et de l'Association des Investisseurs en Retournement (AIR).
Inscrit au barreau de Paris (1998), Nicolas est diplômé de l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA de droit des affaires et de droit économique), au sein de laquelle il a enseigné le droit des procédures collectives.
