    • Jean-Daniel Bretzner, associé, exerce au sein de l’équipe Contentieux.

      Il conseille et représente les sociétés et leurs dirigeants devant les juridictions commerciales, civiles et pénales.

      Jean-Daniel Bretzner est l’auteur de nombreux articles dans des revues scientifiques. Il a notamment créé une chronique annuelle qui est consacrée au droit de la preuve et qui paraît au Recueil Dalloz. Il a récemment contribué à plusieurs ouvrages (« Réforme du droit des contrats et pratique des affaires », paru en 2015 aux Editions Dalloz ; « L’émergence d’un droit des plateformes », paru en 2021 aux Editions Dalloz). Il a été membre de la Commission instituée par Mme Arens, Présidente de la Cour de cassation, qui a rédigé un rapport intitulé « La réforme du droit français de la responsabilité civile et les relations économiques ». Il a également siégé au sein de la Commission de réforme du droit des contrats spéciaux, instituée par le Ministère de la Justice et présidée par M. le Professeur Stoffel-Munck.

      Inscrit au barreau de Paris (1993), il est diplômé de l’Université de Nancy 2 (DEA de droit privé 1991, DJCE, DESS de droit des affaires 1992).
