Raphaële Courtier, associée, a rejoint le cabinet en 2007 afin de développer l’activité financement du cabinet.
Elle dispose d'une expertise reconnue en financements bancaires, financements d’acquisition, financements à effets de levier, emprunts obligataires, placements privés et restructuration de dette.
Avant de rejoindre Bredin Prat, elle a été associée de Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, et précédemment de Watson, Farley & Williams.
Inscrite au barreau de Paris (1992), Raphaële Courtier est diplômée de l'Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
